Healing is a journey we take together because you were never meant to walk this path alone.

Sessions

Individual Healing Session - 75 Minutes

Meet 1-1 with Lou for a 90-minute session. Sessions can focus on any particular pain point you would like to heal, or you can come in open and just allow Lou to intuitively guide the session. Available in-person and virtually.

Sound Healings - 1-1, Couples, & Group Options

Join Louru for a deeply restorative sound healing experience. Each journey includes a guided meditation, frequency therapy using crystal bowls and other healing instruments, and post-session processing to create a space of tranquility, introspection, and energetic reset. Prices vary based on session length (30–120 minutes), number of attendees, and location. Reach out to Lou for more details or to book your private or group session.

Small Group Healing Events

Join Lou and special guest healers for transformational group experiences. Events vary from Sound Healings, to Workshops, to Reiki and Bodywork Healings. Prices vary based on event. Details and pricing shared via newsletter, Instagram, and Eventbrite. Both in-person and virtual events available.

The Redevelop Package - 1 Hour Sessions

An 8-session journey to help you build the tools, confidence, and self-trust needed to live independently and intentionally. Perfect for anyone feeling stuck, behind, or unsure how to fully step into adulthood. Includes weekly goal-setting, accountability, and loving guidance every step of the way.

Anger Healing Package - 75 Minute Sessions

In collaboration with Lou’s anger course, this 4-session package helps you process the root of your anger and discover what it’s been trying to tell you. Through hypnosis-based meditation, reflection, and deep processing, you’ll leave feeling clearer, calmer, and more connected to your true self.
