Grief & Change

Learning to let go and radically accept the one constant in life: change.

"I return to myself, every time"

It is human nature to hold on, sometimes to people, sometimes to identities, sometimes to a version of the life we thought we’d have. Holding on feels comforting, as if it makes the potential of return more likely. The reality is this: holding keeps us stuck in a place that doesn't exist anymore. Life continues to move, no matter how strong our grip is, so let's practice letting go, not just with pain, but with love. To grieve what’s gone and make space for what’s next. To loosen our grip on what no longer fits, even when it once saved us. What was may not always be what is. I know, this is extremely painful to process, so let's do it together.

This offering is for anyone moving through a life transition: breakups, loss, recovery, aging, identity shifts, abandonments, moves, endings. It’s also for those grieving things they never got: the parent they needed, the childhood they deserved, the version of themselves they couldn’t be. Sometimes we don’t even know we’re grieving. We just feel stuck, resentful, heavy, or quietly lost. This is the space to name it, feel it, sit with it and find peace with it, loosening our grip.

I offer grief support and loving detachment therapy work through sessions of ritual, somatic processing, reflective dialogue, and nervous system regulation. Together, we explore the pain of endings, the fear of change, and the peace of letting out your pain. We build the tools to sit with what’s hard without needing to control it or fix it. We practice loving detachment, not coldness, but caring without clinging.

This isn’t about rushing through grief. It’s about being with it skillfully and thoughtfully. It’s about honoring what was and choosing, moment by moment, what you’re ready to carry, and what you’re ready to set down. You finally drop the weights and make room for lightness and even laughter again. This shit ain't easy, but it is completely worth it.
